Get a Life

I'm not going to sit here and pretend I don't have a myspace account. Because you know what I do. But I don't use it everyday and when I do use it I'm hardly on there for more than 1o minutes. There are some people who live off this thing however. You know, the people besides Tom who are always "Online Now!", yea them.

Well yesterday was April 1st, which for my 23 years of life has always been known as "April Fools Day". Well yesterday some dumbass sent millions of people into a deep depression and state of anxiety. Someone came up with the idea to spread the word that this Friday would be the last day that myspace would be free and after that it would be $19.95 a month. They even said this on the radio yesterday morning as I was driving to the park and within minutes the lines where off the hook.

I can not describe how many people were upset and wondering if they could afford that. Kids in high school and middle school were calling in talking about how they have to get jobs now because of this. (Ok, why those kids weren't in school at 9 am...I don't know, but their parents really need to take their myspace away). Anyways this thing got so blown out of proportions that people actually started deleting their accounts and sending bulletins saying "good bye" to their friends.

Anyways once they announced "April Fools!" people got more mad and blah blah blah...lets just say that the Dj's had to call the myspace crisis center today because they were getting in trouble from the amount of emails sent to myspace about this.

To everyone out there who actually got worried that myspace would be $19.95 a month...I say this...GET A LIFE!
